Aztec Willie is one of the best salsa venues around! Saturday nights are fantastic! The dance floor is large and the crowd is a nice mix of serious salseros and those just learning or out to watch and enjoy. There's a bar for the non-dancers to hide in, while still being part of the action. Plus, they have a full late night menu of (what else?) Mexican food.
About Rumbanana Salsa Group:
Rumbanana was formed by Mike and Simona in January 2000 to promote Cuban Salsa music and dance in Oregon. They have done shows, workshops, classes and yes – they have partied and traveled to some of the major Salsa hot spots since their humble beginning. The original group started in Eugene, but in 2005 Rumbanana has transitioned to Corvallis.
Their mission is simple. They want to infect as many fun people as possible with the Cuban Salsa virus. Once you get it – there's no cure, only relief through lots of Salsa dancing and partying. Are you interested?
